Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been completed. This demo website includes the booking journey and is ready for Stripe to be connected for live payments.

Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity may not be refundable unless agreed by Thorpe Woodlands Adventure Centre.

Weather and Safety

Activities normally run in most weather conditions, but we may change, postpone or cancel an activity if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.

Participant Responsibility

All participants must follow instructor guidance, use equipment as shown, and sign an Acceptance of Responsibility form before taking part.
